Our recent project, the full architectural and interior design of Nassar Group’s administrative headquarters in El Qanater, Qalyubia, is a bold reflection of the company’s legacy in metal manufacturing and its forward-thinking spirit.

Exterior Design Inspired by Industry

The exterior of the Nassar Group headquarters was designed to express power, resilience, and precision — qualities that define the company’s long-standing presence in the Egyptian industrial landscape. MADC utilized a mix of steel, glass, and exposed concrete to create a clean, modern façade with an unmistakably industrial feel. The bold massing, strong geometric forms, and vertical rhythm reflect the company’s core business in metal production.

Large glass panels were strategically placed to open the building visually and bring natural light into the workspace, while metallic finishes pay homage to the products Nassar Group has manufactured for decades. The design is not only aesthetically impactful but also functional — blending modern style with durability, echoing the company’s reputation for quality and performance.

Smart Interiors That Prioritize People and Performance

Stepping inside, MADC designed a workplace that supports efficiency, focus, and employee well-being. The headquarters interior includes a mix of open workspaces, private offices, meeting rooms, and collaborative zones — all designed to reflect a clean, industrial-modern aesthetic while promoting comfort and productivity.

The reception area features clean lines, warm lighting, and a professional atmosphere that immediately communicates the company’s scale and professionalism. Throughout the building, we used a neutral color palette of greys, charcoals, and warm metallic tones, softened with wood and textile accents to maintain balance between industrial structure and human warmth.

Thoughtful space planning allows for intuitive flow between departments, while executive spaces and boardrooms were fitted with high-end finishes, smart lighting, and modern furnishings that maintain the same identity as the rest of the workspace.

Though no logo design was involved, the entire building itself acts as a powerful brand statement. From the materials used to the finishes selected, every aspect of this project was carefully crafted to embody Nassar Group’s industrial identity and their role as innovators in metal solutions.
